What happened? Description:

so i met this guy in a game...and he messages me that he wanted to buy my knife and i told him to contact me to my other acount (the one im currently on) because my brother wanted to play cs:go. So the whole conversation was on my phone. so as i was looking on his profile i saw that he had a group with 215 members and i saw that the leader of that group was his other account which was steamrep banned this one:"https://steamrep.com/search?q=https://steamcommunity.com/id/DalarinService" and this was his group :"https://steamcommunity.com/groups/JohnGroupService" both of his account are on this group...at that moment i knew he was scamming and i hope i got enough evidence to ban him. Scammer: okay i can give you 170 euro for it...
Me: Hmm...okay
Me: How we gonna do this...
Scammer: hmm...do you have paypal? u use paypal?
Me: Yeah
Scammer: okay im gonna need ur paypal email to send you the money...
Me: Wait a second...
Scammer: what??
Me: What's up with that other account? Huh? Why are you steamrep banned?
