    What happened? Description:
    I offered this guy a bunch of refined (as much in backpack.tf per his listing), and he countered my offer with a shark attempt. He added my Minimal Wear Code Red Deagle (around 12 TF2 Keys) into the trade.​

    No scam or scam attempt here, you can't report someone just because they counter-offer you a trade without any intent to scam you. Decline the trade and move on.
