    What happened? Description:
    I send an offer for his aussie launcher for my duped unusual I overpay by 9 keys so I send him an offer he made a counter offer then I counter offered him back then he counter offer me again but he didn't put anything for my unusual which is kind of suspicious!​

    It was a trade offer. You don't have to accept the trade.
    There is no law says you can't send an open ended trade offer. Its up the the recipient to accept or decline the offer.
