What happened? Description:

I have a group in Steam name is GIFTS101 as you can see on my profile i'm admin there i do free giveaways on steamgifts site i giveaway more then 100$ of free games there and trust me that number will grow 1000$, 10000$ and so on because i have a big goal for giveaways ( my goal is to giveaway more then 100 games a day free with my friends and partners that want to help me but that is not the point in this case ) i do giveaways in my group totally free sometimes i just give games to people random. Ok so that is a bit of what i'm doing beside trading sometime and i'm really disappointed in this guy he is member of my group i posted that i need someone from Brasile to buy me game on that Nuuvem game store because i'm not from that region so i cannot buy game there i wanted football manager 2015, so few people added me from Brasile to help me and told me they don't have PayPal but this guy, the accused one told me he can help me and i sent him:

May 11, 2015 Payment To Jonas Bezerra Completed -€10.00 + 1€ after few minutes because he told me he need more money to buy me football manager 2015 when converted to Brasil money. After that he told me he cannot buy because his PayPal isn't verified and he cannot give me money back because of the same problem....

So i tray to contact the guy on Steam he is not online ( on purpose i guess ) 7 days I wrote him a message on his Steam comment wall but no response from him, so what to do ? it is not about the money for me i will not get bankrupt for 11 euros but my principles just don't allow me to stand by and do nothing about this matter.

2. PayPal picture sending him money and he did accepted as you can see.
3. Picture of msg i left on his wall plus as you can see he don't want to show him self online for more then 7 days.​

I uploaded all on Imgur because i use 3 monitors and work on stock market so i cannot show all my staff on all 3 monitors, because when i take screenshot it take full dekstop image so i crop images ( evidence ) in paint program, but i'm 100% sure this is more than enough

What is this 9 days ? no response ??? can some admin pleas look this.

Reports can take a long time to look at. It's still going to display on his steamrep profile that there's a report against him.

The guy repaid me in full you can remove this post. He apologize to me and told me he did not have internet more then 7 days.
