What happened? Description:

After alot of trading i recieved a unusual hotdogger (http://backpack.tf/item/1965563110)
After i was trying to quick sell it a guy named Toronto added me and said he will give me $50 for it so i agreed, as i was desperate to sell it, he said that he will give me his bank details so i can take$50 (i was honest and "tried to take 50")
I gave him the hat via trade then he gave me his security pin for his card.
After i told him it didnt work, he acted friendly but then he said try tommorow so i listened and went off to sleep. Now i see that he deleted me and changed his steam profile url and his picture, location and name. Luckily i still have his steam url.
I am really annoyed that i lost my unusual that took me months to trade up to and i will really appreciate if i can get it back somehow.

He blabs about how much rep he has and wanted me to put it in before i even recieved the money, also i have copied the text chat(he was called toronto but changed it top UrSa) now he put his account to private because he knew he scammed me
