What happened? Description:

The request has been submitted because the accused under the steam link : "http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198120901302" offered to buy bill's hat painted in: "An Eextraordinary Ambundance of Tinge" for Steam Wallet money in currency of $25. When I accepted the offer, I had to transfer bill's hat to their account via trading system, but when completed, no money has been transfered, even after some time. No intention of doing it was expressed when chatting after the trade.I request steam rep tradeban!​
