What happened? Description:

Offered to trade up my knife and a few skins for a better knife. I accepted his offer as I know him through a friend of mine, claimed he was a big 3rd party trader for AmPro CsGO players. I took him up on his offer and he took my skins and then sent me a better knife. Then 2 days later he said he has even better knives and said for me to transfer the knife back to him and some other skins, I transferred the knife to him and he said he would access a storage account and then get me the knife skin I wanted. I transferred the knife and he said there was an issue and someone had accessed said storage account and had stolen around £50 000 worth of skin so the storage account was locked. He said it was being investigated and I shouldn't worry as I would get my knife within a few days. It's been almost 6 months and still nothing. He has removed me as a friend off steam and blocked me. My mutual friend was also scammed at the same time, he said I knew the consequences when doing he knife upgrade but that wasn't made clear to me.​

Funny thing is I know where he works and where he lives. After this occasion I asked a few people about him and they said this isn't the first time they heard he is shady. Inside the CSGO community and in real life.
