    What happened? Description:
    This... "person" sent me a friend request, and right after I accepted it, he/she texted me via chat and asked me if I had some kind of item, including a link to a supposed screenshot of said item. This link actually made my firefox give me the choice to download a 755 KB "screenshot_154822.scr" from

    . Being cautious, I declined the download and googled the topic, and thanks to an article on Malwarebytes blog I am now here. Hopefully, I gave you the correct account information to get this guy banned from Steam before he fools others...
    If I did anything wrong, please let me know where I went wrong and who else I can inform about this, thank you.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I took screenshots of the chat message, the firefox pop-up window when I clicked the link, and the fraud's profile on Steam (even though there's nothing to see really, since its private)​
