What happened? Description:

This type of scam was the "You trade your item first" Scam.
Basically what happened was he told me someone had an unusual to trade. He said it was an "Anti-Freeze War-Pig". He said to trade it to him and that he would trade the guy who had the "Anti-Freeze War-Pig". He holds on to it for about a week or so. He removes and blocks me.
I catch him in the middle of a game, and he says he was holding on to it for me so I wouldn't get it scammed, but of course we all would know this was a lie, that someone would be holding on to an item for you just so it wouldn't be scammed. This was way too obvious considering the fact that he blocked and removed me. So I ask him to trade the item back to me, he says he will but he gets trade banned, but the funny thing here is that when he confirmed the trade offer I had sent him the item disappeared from his inventory. Than he says he will pay me back. Either with cash or an unusual. He says he will pay me back 80 dollars yet this unusual was being sold before he scammed it from me for 440 dollars. He says that in real life currency the price is 40% less than in game but 40% of 440 is 176 dollars, the fact that he even said that real life currency was 40% less than in game was just stupid and unbelievable in the first place. He also offers me an unusual worth 11 keys that he says is worth 88. I even checked the prices this was not true. So I ask him if he could trade me something else and he said "I'm Done With This, I know if it was my fault for your unusual to disappear so what?!, and than cusses me out and removes me. (I don't have any proof of him saying this but I do have proof of him scamming me.) Of course I am pissed off and I didn't get paid back.​
