What happened? Description:

accused uses an instgram account with 355,000 followers to ask for people selling skins, offers bitcoin, paypal ect, ask for you to go trade first because " why would i scam you and ruin my insta reputation" then pretends to send money blocks and deletes you. does all conversation on instagram so you cant link it back to steam.
