What happened? Description:

This guy (BZZZZZZZZZ) added me after he saw my post on Backpack.tf that says that i sell an unusual Jannisary Ketche with the effect Miami Nights.
When he added me i saw him in chat and on the friend request as "DR.JIGGLES" (,that is the profile link for the guy the scammer impersonated: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198008223473 ,) and this is how the convo went:

So i found out he was impersonating DR.JIGGLES and i desides to send a report to steam....
After i did that i sent him another message:

Pls dont consider this spam not my intention at all. Obviously not the real me have updated tf2outpost, my rep thread and my steam profile account to warn other of an impersonator.

Ok, while i was sleeping the scammer sold it to someone else for (at least as the new owner says 12 keys.

Straight after i traded the item, he started disturbing me asking the item back, i paid my unus+ some sweets for it, i'd sell it for the right price, but he wants to pay 2-3 keys for it. I won't give the item back for this little, i would lose a lot of "money". I'd like him to stop disturbing me. btw here is chat

You cannot oblige ppl that something they legitimately purchased with items vs items trade that they "give it back" or pay you your loss. That is NOT going to happen. Your issue is with the scammer, and stays there. its been traded several times, mostly by your doing: they get the s✿✿✿ about it from you, and they just sell it to the next person to get rid of you. Nothing you can do about that, and nothing that we should.
