    Ok it says the transaction is still being reviewed by Paypal.
    I will set this to Under Investigation till that review is completed.
    Please post back with what you receive in regards to that.

    I have talked to Paypal Fraud Specialist on the phone and apparently It was supposed to be under gifts/services instead of personal/family&friends thus they can't get my back money nor will my account be positive cause even if he scammed me they can't do anything about it sadly. They did confirm it was him who called up paypal for a refund and it looks like Kiwi either deleted my unusual or switched it to an account not associate with backpack.tf

    It seems like he's continuing to scam or attempt at it with other users. I'm personally done with paypal trades and learnt not to do it at all anymore and will just be going with marketplace or steam market
