What happened? Description:

Yesterday, on June 30, I was entering in a raffle in my Steam group on a Team Fortress 2 item named Earbuds. The entering fee was 2 Refined Metal, another Team Fortress 2 item, for 20 slots. I chatted with the group owner, who was also my Steam friend for more than a week, and I decided to buy all 20 slots, which may sound weird, but I really wanted the Earbuds. So, I sent him 2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys (each of these TF2 items are valued around 19 Refined Metal) and 2 Refined Metal for all 20 slots for the Earbud raffle. That's when he started to block all communications between me and him, until today, he sent me a chat saying that he will give me the Earbuds now, but I have to send him a trade offer, which he will accept. So I did, but then he unfriend me, blocked all communications between us again, and he declined the trade offer. He scammed me 2 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys and 2 Refined Metal.​
