What happened? Description:

he added me on feb 28 to buy keys to me, but i am limiting the keys that i am selling due to high risk of chargeback payment via paypal, so i sold him 5keys for $9 via paypal, he did the payment and i send him the keys, after we done +reps on both side expecting we done good trade, after this time i just open my paypal an notice his payment was held due to unauthorized payment, so basically he really file chargeback on his payment, also he do the same thing to other traders that he had done trade with, hope this person get perma banned so he can't scam someone else anymore​
