What happened? Description:

Was searching csgo lounge for a awp dragon lore and came across his offer, seemed legit, has alot of rep and alot of hours/friends.
I added him and asked about buying, he seemed friendly and all, we came to a price, i went first seeing as i had less rep. payment was sent and accepted, (attached paypal payment), and then i asked for him to send it to me, he told me to wait because his mum was signing into paypal to check, he then said his mum had to get the pin for paypal which delayed longer, finally getting in and then said he will send it once they withdraw the money, (his paypal was verified btw), he then goes onto saying they have to call paypal and then realises and says they are shut, i then ask for a refund and he tried to but took a very long time to, in the end finding out that his account was limited, he said he'll try get it unlimited but fails to do so and also trys to refund which he couldnt as his paypal was limited, he said he would try see if his uncle knows how and would "jog to his house" and would give the item to his friend to pass onto me when he tells him to, i added the friend and the item had been passed onto him, at this point it was way after when i had paid, and getting very late. His friend didnt seem to know much about what was happening which was suspicious. he kept saying idk when i asked about when he was supposed to give the item to me, but what really gave it away was when he said, "just wait for tomorrow lol he went to bed" i instantly knew this was bullshit and have still not received my item and have not had any communication from any of them.

Dont know how to delete, so ill just say:
After a little bit he said he would refund it, which a few days later was done so i can say this guy is not a scammer.
