What happened? Description:

The accused attempted to provide false information to convince me that he had sent a paypal payment to me in order for me to give him 10 mann.co keys.​

Provide Evidence:

The accused (Royroy) Added me to buy 10 mann . co Keys over paypal. After i asked him to send, and he then confirmed that he had apparently sent the required money to me, no money was noted to have been added to my account. When i said this to him he gave a somewhat detailed attempt to "verify" that he had sent money, including a transaction ID, timestamp and email. When i asked him to provide my full name that is revealed by sending money, he guessed as to the second names initial (I only otherwise provide my first name). After calling him up on this, and asking for a screenshot of his transaction, he claims he "backtracked" it and de-friended me.

Simply put, he didn't send any money and tried to bluff his way into convincing me that he did, and i simply hadn't seen the invoice yet.

Picture 1 shows chat between me and the scammer, it shows him giving both false transaction details aswell as my guessed last name initial.

Picture 2 shows my paypal page, nothing receive in the amount of $18.50 (as royroy says in picture 1) and also shows that my last names initial is M, not C.
Some parts of the picture have been censored for privacy/security, if a admin/mod needs a uncensored version for confirmation i can provide it​

Note, new evidence. Today as i checked email, i noticed what turned out to be a forged email sent by Royroy, disguised as a paypal notification as confirmation of payment of 18.50$ to my account.
Evidence is in the uploaded screenshot. Incase you cant see the forged parts, Paypal addresses you by full name, not email. Also is that the sender is not from paypal, but from "[email protected]".
