    What happened? Description:
    paid 464.4 for 258 keys and never received them contacted him over and over went on another account and asked him and he blocked me also blocked me on csgolounge please ban him before he does this to other people​

    Provide Evidence:
    screen shows no trade for keys
    i paid for it as u can see
    i dont have much of the steam chat​

    have you contacted PayPal and requested the cash back if they dont do it ask the bank directly to charge back the money as PayPal can not over-rule the bank! this guy I hope gets a banning
