What happened? Description:

Saw a post on CSGOLounge advertising key sales, his profile looked legit and I sent him a friend request. I sent him the money ($15) for 8 keys, and he said he was getting a steam error and the trade wouldn't go through. Then he asked me to try re-logging to steam, and he blocked me while I reconnected.​

Provide Evidence:

Since I logged out of steam and he blocked me, I can't get any chat windows up, but I have the paypal reciept and his listing on CSGOlounge is http://csgolounge.com/trade?t=102896253.​
