What happened? Description:

i decided to buy 20 key from this guy, so i separate to 2 times, 10 keys and 10 keys.
On the first 10 keys, i transfer 500 wmr (webmoney) to his account and didn't recieve the key

He just Idle, didn't answer anything after the transfer

this is all transaction history for WMR Ruble purse, this is first time i use webmoney too.

Did you notice that the timestamp next to your payment differs from the timestamp in the chat? There is 3 hours discrepancy. Do you know why?

I just notice it. Maybe because my timezone is different from the Webmoney(Russia) time? Mine is UTC+7:00, maybe it's 3 hour faster than in Russia ? because in Moscow it's UTC+4:00
