    This action was propably planed with both of them one is Jessica (The 13 Year Old Girl) and cAre (https://steamcommunity.com/id/CareCSGlobal/) he fake people with real acc cAre who has very expensive inventory (405 lvl Steam) if you wanna ss I can add too

    We can't get items back, Valve won't replace them either unless you were hijacked. The only way for items to be returned is if the user is tagged and they go to appeal which repaying victims are the requirement before an appeal is touched.

    Well sending Valve a support ticket and seeing what they would say but highly unlikely they will return the items for you. Otherwise be patient and wait this process thru but it may take some time and even then the user may not appeal. See my post above about that.
