What happened? Description:

This player, he's already banned, but I thought I'd have to report this, also. I do not know this person, and just now, he sent me a Trade offer for my entire TF2 Backpack for 250 € (I live in the US, so I don't use that currency, anyway..). Though, as I said, this person isn't in my friends list, and he only sent me a trade offer.​
