What happened? Description:

There is a site called CSGOHANDOUTS.COM who has been going for quite along time, Short explanation i did a offer for 3200 Go Coins (32 Dollars) Its didnt go straight through the site so i asked trial pay waiting for reply <. The part that is annoying is i have a vac ban which was 623 days ago Appsaloutly nothing to do with csgo nor the site. So what the sneaky admins have done You cant withdraw your items because you have a vac ban. Like really ? In the attached Pic you will see what stupidity they have done but the thing that annoyed me the most is they get the commission Which is A LOT more than 32 dollars and i dont get anything even though i had to deposit on the offers site Over 10 GBP. The other problem is there not bothered they LITERALLY LET YOU STILL DO OFFERS FOR STUFF YOU CANT WITHDRAW So pretty much This is a way to say if you have a vac ban on a game which has NOTHING to do with the site you dont withdraw anything seems fair right ?? Not ... All evidence is below i will try to shut the sites down With various Help from Connections in marketing & Cpa experts It literally says

2 Pay fast
3 And pay well


Anyway If they reply and send me 32 dollars in skins that will prove they have listened and noticed how stupid they are
