    Scam Report

Report Type: [Item Fraud] Quick-switch trade scam or attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198125865607

    Victim profile: 76561198021098986

    What happened? Description:
I added someone on steam off of discord. They messaged me saying they wanted to trade items. They sent two trade requests for what seemed to me to be a good deal, but I asked them why it was two trade requests. They told me it was because steam mobile authenticator considers them gifted if you send them one by one, so there's no wait time, which seemed plausible, especially considering I haden't used steam trading in quite a long time, and it's changed a lot since i was actively trading. I trusted them as, while I didn't know them well, I had spoken to them on discord once or twice, so they were not a complete stranger. Once I confirmed the trade they cancelled the trade of the other item (a skin for unturned), and told me I'd been scammed. I asked for the item back and they told me they "weren't able to", and would give it back in 14 days, but after checking their inventory they'd already opened the crate, proving this to be false. They then called me a "dumb dweed" and deleted me.

I unfortunately messed up the screenshots slightly, and closed the chat afterwards, making me unable to correct this, but most of the information is there, with the only parts missing being the discussion of the price of the items, why he was sending two trade requests, and his deletion of me. I took the first screenshot around when he asked me to accept his trade, not knowing that I was expected to show the full chat log. If it is possible to reopen the chat and check the logs then I will, but I do not believe it is, and hope that what's contained in the screenshots is enough information.

    Provide Evidence:
Scam1 to 4 are images of the chats, althought unfortunately I managed to mess up the screenshots, not much is cropped out, (as you can see by the time), and I feel that the messages corroberate my story, as do the later screenshots.
Scam5 is excluded as I simply took the same image twice, just maxed for.
Scam6 is an image of my inventory history, showing the recent trade.
Scam7 to 8-2 are images of my trade offer history.
Scam 9 and 10 are proof that the person I am reporting is the same as the person who traded me the item (9 is before and 10 is after clicking his name).

Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History showing for sure the trade in question(NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.
