    Victim profile: 76561198074605374

    What happened? Description:
Added me to play on his gambling site, which he was admin on but obviously fake to scam items. Not sure if he got hijacked or whatever but thats not my problem, hope i've provided enough proof

    Provide Evidence:
I've made a report before this one and the user i reported did not get banned for some reason it showed this message after the report...

"Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out soon as you say hello) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
In fact this user is banned already multiple times - we will not be doing nothing more to this user - this and all future reports will be archived.
Report user to Valve as you should have done already"

i added a picture to show hes not banned yet.
