What happened? Description:

PAYPAL SCAM. He had posted in epicnpc that he is selling a TB arcana, here is a screenshot of it, and i added him from there. http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/782695-1-TB-Arcana-1-Scorching-Talon
After adding him, he showed me his rep thread and me being a new member of the site, agreed to go first with the money and i sent him the money via paypal as gift. On recieving the money he said that i was scammer even though i had sent him money as friends/family and refused to give me the item. I said okay and asked him to refund the payment. He said okay and blocked me on steam without refunding the money. here is the imgur images of the chat, my trade history

he blocked me... and forgot to upload paypal screenshot

he gave the item a day later telling some checking and s✿✿✿, close the case.
