What happened? Description:

I won the pot on CSGOGamble.com and it was $396.13 worth of Skins.
The Server had a disconnect or just a bug, becouse the Homepage was frozen for like 3 hours.
After this long time i added a bot and he sent me the trade request.
But there was a problem, becouse there were just 27 items, of those 81.
and, those 27 items were maximum $10 worth of skins.
so, i waited 30 minutes for a nother offer, but nothing happend.
I accepted the offer and contacted the support of csgogamble.com.
I bet my Knife and a Cyrex...
but i dont got it back!
pls help me.
