    What happened? Description:
    Wanted to trade an untradeable TI5 Immortal (gift option) and went first, he never finished the trade​

    Provide Evidence:
    This guy has 4 pages of +rep then he f✿✿✿ed me hard

    Procedure: make the other one go first with a gifted item, then block communication, can't -rep on his profile and can't get item.​
