What happened? Description:

He is re-selling DRM-Free games by lending/trading his accounts to other users whom in turn download the said games and pay him.

This IS most certainly a scam, those people are basically paying for pirated games.

This is not only against the rules, but it's actually illegal. And the worst part is that there are people who actually fell for his scam already, mostly newbies.​

You can, however, report the user directly to Valve using the Report Violation feature on the other user's profile. To do so:

1. Visit the accused's profile
2. Click More drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose Report Violation
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click Submit Report
