    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198128001686

    Victim profile: 76561198054105826

    What happened? Description:
    The steam user said he wanted to buy my knife for money, i choosed paypal as a method to trade. After that he asked me who would go first i told him it was him because after i accept the trade i'm not able to get the skin back if i get scammed but if it was trought paypal he was able to get his money back if i scammed him. After that the user just removed me from his steam list. This user had 2 reports already in SteamRep so i just kept the "trade" to see if he is actually a scammer so i was able to report him.​

    Other reports are irrelevant to to this one - there is no indication the user wouldn't follow thru with their end of the deal here.
    Looks like nothing more than an argument over who was going first and that isn't a scam.
