What happened? Description:

This guy added me to tell me he was going to give 23$ of steam funds to me, as someone who is new to this I got immediately suspicious. When he saw I didn't accept, he augmented it to 30$ and sent me an offer, I went to steamrep to look at his reputation and saw that it was low. So I didn't accept, now in the worse scenario it might just be me that's a total noob to the steam wallet trading and I would appreciate someone explaining this to me. But I prefer being safe than sorry...​
