What happened? Description:

I had an unusual for sale (Geisha Boy w/ Stares From Beyond) and scarlet added me saying he/she will buy it off me for 85 keys. However, he/she wouldnt complete the trade unless i gave him/her a friends ID. Once i confronted them about it they argued saying it was so he/she could tell if it was a clean history, non-duped item. I even gave him/her my item number to show the history and still tried to continue with their lie.​

Provide Evidence:

• Checked tf2.outpost profile, has been banned permanently
• Steam inventory was empty
• Couldn't send trade or trade offers
