What happened? Description:

I was added by a steam user called GeneralOnorc, and he claimed that he had "started" getting into the TF2 trading business. While he was fairly new, and didn't have much in his inventory, he claimed that he had some funds in his steam wallet and paypal in which he could trade for my unusual. Naturally, I suspected him as a scammer, but decided on giving him a chance, considering he even asked for a middleman. Too good to be true, he sent me fake evidence of him "sending" our agreed amount to a "middleman", and then sent me a trade offer to a fake account of Mad Matt, telling me to send the hat to the account.

I suspect these account are alternate, but should probably be reported anyway.​

Provide Evidence:

These documents provided is evidence of an attempted scam which include the full steam chat to initialize the trade agreement, the fake screenshot, and the fake trade offer request to a fake middleman. I can provide more evidence if necessary.​
