What happened? Description:

Some guy added me on Steam a few days ago. I usually post trades on Dota2lounge, so I thought it was one of those guys who saw my trades/offers. About an hour ago he started talking to me, saying that he was interested in my Steam trading cards in exchange for Steam wallet money. Fortunately for him, I wasn't interested in collecting cards so I just asked him how much he wanted to give me. I agreed and a minute later he wanted 2 items from my Dota 2 inventory, and I agreed to give him 2 items that I didn't want for $5. I have never traded an item for steam wallet balance or Paypal before and I don't even know how the process worked. Apparently after trading he just ignored me and nothing appeared on my steam wallet balance. I checked his profile later and saw a comment saying that he was a rude scammer, but it was deleted a few seconds a later. So.... I'm sure I was scammed now. I had a feeling it was a scam from the beginning. After the trade, he said "Surprise " and ignored me.​

I've attached the chat window, the trade in the history and his profile. Apparently he had some comments that were "+rep" and "thanks for money" but I guess they are fake.​

Yeah, I agree with you .. same guy added me today but I didn't trade with him so he didn't scam me, here some screenshots as a proof, can I report him also ?

Hello, please give uncropped trading history.

This guy added me today, asking for one of my booster pack for 1.5$.
I said i didn't use paypal, so he asked for some more payment services. (lol)
When i rejected them too, he said he would pay with steam wallet. When i asked him to buy some items from the market (for around 1$) he told me that he can't use market for some dumb reason. I asked him "but why you offer me steam wallet then" and he replied "there is a way to transfer them to you". I said "no" and he removed me, lol.
