What happened? Description:

He added me and wanted to give me a 5€ coupon for my cards and a phoenix box, but i didn't give away my phoenix box, and asked him if he can pay per paypal. He agreed, i said, he shall pay first, and i'll trade him, he declined and showed me his rep, i didn't noticed all of his friends, gave him the rep.
So he got my cards , deleted and blocked me.
his steam emoticons, show, he didn't it once and won't stop it.

I didn't know, i can report him here, and closed the chat window, but i hope someone reported him too, so he can get banned.​
