What happened? Description:

I put my crimson web flip knife in field tested up for trade on csgolounge which i wanted money or an offer for it. I got a message within seconds from interface#brb and it said "Added to discuss". So i added him, and we talked for a while, and he told me to select a middleman from steam rep.com, so i selected Hammy, and interface#brb told me to wait. "Hammy" joined the chat later and his profile was private, I foolishly assumed it was so people stopped adding him. Then we had a group chat and it was agreed that i would give "Hammy" my knife, and interface#brb would give me a steam wallet code worth $145. I traded "Hammy" my knife and they both left the conversation and interface#brb blocked me.​

Provide Evidence:

This is all the evidence that I could get and I hope that it is enough. I trusted interface#brb because he had pages of +reps by different people. PwaFwa is the person that pretended to be Hammy, and that person has my knife, but I dont know how to get his steam ID and stuff, so I went with the person that actually scammed me.​

I realised that i did the wrong item fraud. It shouldve been steam wallet code scam i think

He changed his name again. When I was told to choose anyone from the list of middlemen and he spent some time talking to the guy (What he told me). I believe he was actually telling his friend to change his account name and picture to the person i chose, in this instance, it was hammy
