What happened? Description:

My factory new Huntsman Fade knife was stolen from me (worth 250 to 300 dollars). I was supposed to receive my 280 dollars via paypal but as soon as I traded him the knife he removed me and I think that he blocked/reported me.​

I really am at a loss for what to do, What he did was not only wrong but very, very illegal. Please tell me what I am suppoesd to do I am freaking out ;( . What I could get from the steam chat is posted below.
The only screens that I was able to get are posted, I am sorry that they are not better.

If SR admins will find your evidence good enough, this user (and his alts, if he has any) will be tagged as scammer.

I don't think there is any chance of you getting your knife back, but you can try to make a report to Valve.

I made a valve ticket, have you heard of valve getting items back?

Alts of a known scammer usually get tagged as, you guess it, "alt of a known scammer".
Check this scammer's SR for example, he has 2 banned alts.

I heard about Valve getting items back, but it was mostly from hijacked accounts reports and you made a paypal trade, so I'm not sure about this one.
