    What happened? Description:
    After the game this kid lose his mind and throwing trash talk that might not be acceptable in community I can translate the words and Spamming on my wall and that's not a good act for a steam user that behavior must be control I wan't to warn the others on what he/her behavior during and after a game​

    I see no evidence of any scam here = trash talking or whatever isn't something reportable here.
    Tell Valve instead if you want
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
