What happened? Description:

This individual added me because he wanted to buy my unusual. He proceeds to send me an offer and preemptively following up with a link to the item he put on the trade. I immediately became suspicious, because he was rushing all of this, so i proceeded with caution. After sending me he trade I made an excuse that i'm not home and that I will check the offer later, but in the mean time i was checking the offer he gave me(price) and his steamrep profile. He was giving me an uncraftable version of the duffel bag and proceeded to imply that its craftable by sending me a link to the item on backpack.tf (The clean version) which had a price of ~15 keys or so, but by checking the uncraftable version of the item I found out it's only ~1.5 keys. So he intentionally misrepresented his item and with that he tried to scam me off my unusual.
Please look into this matter and make sure this user gets a ban or a warning for other people to know prior that he isn't a trader to be dealt with.

5th screenshot- Link that he posted in chat and which he attached to in his trade offer.
6th screenshot- Link to the actual item price page, where the price can be clearly seen.
I think i've provided the necessary evidence for this persons ban.
Please do comment if im missing something, I will do whatever i can.
