What happened? Description:

I just got scammed by this guy name http://steamcommunity.com/id/thezhanger/ and he was buying my taunt and said that I needed 5 ref to get his hat and I googled it and it said 4ref or so and its called the safe n sound so then what happen was he wanted me to over pay him and then it became fishy and then I traded him back which then he said "PISS OFF SCAMMER" and then ended it and I said dude just trade me back and we can walk our own ways. Which he didn't he gave me -rep and called me a scammer and I removed it and I tried saying lets walk our ways and trade back the items.​

He said he wanted 5 ref for the hat and it was like 4 ref and I gave him 4.33 ref and he said 5 ref and I did 5 then I felt fishy so he said "PISS OFF SCAMMER" and gave me -rep
