    What happened? Description:
    I saw in his profile that he is buying dota 2 items 95% on market price, then i decided to sell my invoker hair and added him on steam. He asked me to go first cause thats one of his rules in his profile and he told me that he will buy all my items because most of them are trash so i said "ok", after i trade offer him my items he didnt reply then I realized that he blocked me because i cant trade offer him anymore​

    You are welcome to report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
