What happened? Description:

I offered the guy $245 for his Karambit Doppler and he said that he could do that amount. After sending him the money first he blocked me until I opened a dispute with paypal. After opening the dispute he unblocked me and told me to cancel the dispute, because his balance was negative and the money was on hold. I continued by closing the dispute and asking for the knife back(which he said he would accept as soon as I closed the dispute) after closing the dispute he blocked me again.​
