What happened? Description:

Alright, I got a friend request from the perpetrator, and at first I noticed how fast he was at saying how much taunt would be (About 4 buds). I decided to check SteamRep and I saw an earlier report. I hmmed a little and decided to go forward. After I gave him the invoice He sent me an invoice for me to pay -HIM-. I noticed it was the same thing in the previous report, so I confronted him about it, and he said it was his brother fooling around (CLASSIC excuse). I told him to send the money or wait until this supposed invoice went through, then he said he had to wait till his mother got home to get money. Yeah. no. Good try buddy.
