What happened? Description:

Before we go to the whole story. This guy is risking his account and reputation only for $9. I'm a cash trader since 2011 and this is the first time i see a guy risking his whole reputation only for $9 lol. Not a big amount for me but still, it's a scam

A guy added me wanted to buy my Blizzardy Storm Dragonborn. We deal at his Green Confetti Toque + $16 via Paypal for my Dragonborn. He said that he wanted to pay half of the money first and we trade the hat and then pay the rest. He sent $7 to me (it should be $8) but i was like, well okay. He can send the $9 after this. After we traded the hat, he's like saying bullshit "i've sent the payment etc etc" and he also Provide an EDITED screenshot about his $9 payment http://oi59.tinypic.com/30su81k.jpg. That's clearly edited. You can see that $9.00 is edited.

I successfully traced him. He moved all his items to his ALT

Making a report for the alt can be better too. So the alt account can get marked too.

P.S Steam Support is not taking Paypal tickets as it is a 3rd party site which Steam doesn't suggest. Sotry but he won't be trade banned.

But as far as i know, SteamRep admins are able to trace all alt accounts by IP number. Oh thanks for the information, at least i tried

first of all, i did not scam you, i told you i sent it, and i talked to the bank today, we had no money in our account so the funds were on hold, it will be sent tommorow.. if you would have listened to me before blocking and removing me, and threatning me.

It is clearly a scam. You lied to me about Steam removed all of your items because i made this report. I need you to answer this question first. Do you think i really need that $9? No. You can just cancel that if you feel your reputation is worth $9.

I also gave you a win win solution about this. You can just send me the $9 and i will make this case clear. it went through, under a diff name and account, but it did, read the note attached to the payment

You sent the payment not as a Gift. All purchases for intangible goods have to be a "Gift" option. Refund it and resend the payment as a Gift
