What happened? Description:

So basically, I was going onto a trade server to try to sell my unusual Pomade Prince. He then comes along, and asks to trade. I gladly accept and ask him about his items, and he says the flip flops are worth 17 keys. I backpack him and verify this. He then goes on and offers me keys, along with the flip flops, in exchange for my Pomade Prince. This is when he says he lags a lot, and adds a bunch of random items, and tries to delete them all. In the process, he "accidentally" takes the flip flops out of the window, and puts the uncraftable version, which is worth far less, into the trade window. He then says "Sorry about that" and immediately clicks the trade button.​

uDiMsZ is the one who scammed me
It's a pattern, he trades it to someone, scams them. Then, his alt account, offers paypal or paysafecard or whatever that is, for the item, then scam them. In fact, when I announced that I got scammed by this dude, someone else then traded me and said paypal for the thing. I declined because I didn't want to get scammed again, but I think it would be pretty obvious.
