    What happened? Description:
    I made a thread over here:http://www.steamgifts.com/trade/KdDpy/h-games-w-offerpaypal
    I got added in Steam by a user named Davico*. He wanted the following games from me:
    Canabalt
    BioShock® 2
    BioShock
    Bastion
    9 Clues: The Secret of Serpent Creek
    Enigmatis 2: The Mists of Ravenwood
    Cortex Command
    Monaco: What's Yours Is Mine
    Oil Rush

    and offered Dirt Rally for them.

    Well, since someone had to go first, I did and provided the keys, but after that he removed me from Steam friends, blocked me and never provided the Dirt Rally key.​

    Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with cd keys, game codes, steam codes, Pin codes etc.. due to current Investigative Policy.

    You are welcome to report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
