What happened? Description:

NightPure agreed to send me 7$ paypal for one of my Five Seven Case Hardened skins. I agreed, and shortly after he said that he had sent the money. When I checked my paypal balance, nothing changed. Then he told me to check my email, I checked my email to see a paypal message that I was given 7$ in the title, but in the body it said I was really "given" 1 cent. (Cent isn't even in my account) It was also sent from his email, not sure if it usually shows up as that. Don't know if this is enough to get him a steam rep ban though, I didn't send him the skin, but I didn't receive the money, he promptly blocked me after I confronted him about the 1 cent thing. Attempted to scam me. If you need any other proof I can try to get it.​
