What happened? Description:

User and I agreed to exchange his awp asiimov FT and 20 csgo keys for $95 dollars paypal. I sent the money and he mysteriously had to go to a tournament​

Provide Evidence:

User "left" to a basketball tourney but kept on launching CSGO when he was supposed to be leaving. He also didnt see my payment until I requested a chargeback and refuses to tell paypal to refund me.

I only chargedback after waiting around 5 hours and with you constantly going in and out of CSGO when you were supposed to be "at a tournament" and the only time you noticed the payment was when I actually filed a dispute. If I did supposedly scam you then why are you now all of a sudden bringing it up?
