What happened? Description:

I added him to make a deal. My friend want to got money on paypal for his m4a1 so i added this guy. I want to give him M4a1-s Bright Water Stat trak for 11€ on paypal.
He said i must go first because i have report on steamrep. After trade he said "i will send money now". He only sent 3.40€.​
