I've literally just been scammed... he said he needed to verify my items I was trading, then said he needed to clean my entire inventory. How do I report a scammer? Going to someone's profile and hitting report violation does absolutely nothing. Please help.

You can report the scammer to steamrep here with all the evidence that you have and you can also report him via steam like you said before.
