    He said marxman is 2.33 ref. When i seen it is 2 ref he said he will pay me that what he forgot. I sent him a trade offer and he unfriended me and blocked me.​

    I don't think this is a scam, as I'm assuming you used a pricing guide. Pricing guides don't set prices in stone, anyone is free to buy/sell and whatever price they choose.
